TERMS OF PURCHASE

Every CHIEN COATURE product is custom-made to your specifications. Measuring your pet accurately is imperative. Please contact us with any questions regarding measurements.
Because your purchase is custom-made, all sales are FINAL and NOT RETURNABLE and/or REFUNDABLE.
DELIVERY DATES are estimated at the time the order is placed. Rush orders are available.
PAYMENT METHODS: CHIEN COATURE accepts PayPal or bank wire transfers.
TAXES: Sales tax is not included and will be added to all orders shipped in Wisconsin only.

SHIPPING:

Chien Coature uses the United States Postal Service^® Priority Mail^® service, insured and signature required for all products shipped in the contiguous United States. Please contact us if you wish a different type of service. Shipping charges are calculated and added during check out.
For international shipments, Chien Coature uses FedEx^® or United States Postal Service^® Priority Mail International^®. The shipping cost will be calculated and added during check out. All duties and/or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rush orders are available at an extra charge. Please contact us for the shipping rate increase.
If your order is received either with the box damaged or the contents damaged, please contact us immediately. CHIEN COATURE is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
Chien Coature does not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses unless otherwise agreed.
