Black Golden Pearl Party Puff

This elegant harness of silk/rayon velvet is hand-quilted and embellished at each quilt intersection with cream pearls and 14-K Gold electroplated crystals from Swarovski®. The bow is made of bias-cut Silk Satin Organza and the"knot" is adorned with a hand-woven band of crystals from Swarovski®. The lining is Silk Satin Organza and there is a bias-cut loop of velvet on the center back to facilitate your leash with an included Diva Dangle.
