Seafoam Flounce

This gorgeous party wear dress is made of Seafoam Green Iridescent embroidered organza. Additional motifs are appliqued and beaded with a combination of Japanese seed beads and MADE WITH SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS. The three-tiered galloon edged ruffle finishes the look. The lining is of seafoam green silk faille, the closures are tan Velcro; there is an attached solid Brass dee ring and a removable Diva Dangle.
