Bluebell Collar
This beautiful collar matches the Bluebell Vest and leash. The collar is made of pearlized pastel blue Italian lambskin and matching velvet ribbon. The face of the collar is encrusted with hand-woven MADE WITH SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS. The side release clasp and dee ring are solid cast brass; there is a removable matching Diva Dangle attached to the dee ring. The collar is NOT adjustable.
