Ultra soft, thick pastel blue sheepskin is appliqued with matching velvet ribbon and sprinkled with crystals of MADE WITH SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS. A solid brass dee ring is attached at the neck to facilitate your leash. The neck and waist closures are Velcro for maximum flexibility.
