Plaid Present Harness

This festive harness is hand-quilted Silk/Rayon velvet sprinkled with crystals from Swarovski® at the quilt intersections. There is an appliqued bias-cut plaid 100% Silk Shantung "bow" with a hand-beaded center element of crystals from Swarovski®. The neck and waist closures are red Velcro; the lining is matching plaid 100% Silk Shantung; there is a bias-cut Silk/Rayon velvet loop to facilitate the matching Diva Dangle.
