This vibrant skirt is made of 100% printed silk satin organza and perfectly matches the English Garden Party Puff. There is an attached bias-cut ruffle on the hem and three black snaps on the waistband to snap on to the Party Puff. This creates the option of wearing a dress or a harness!
The skirt will add 6" length at the center back.
