This Festive Silk/Rayon Panne velvet Harness is lavishly embellished with beautiful Poinsettia Bouquets made of Czech Pressed Glass Leaves and crystals from Swarovski®. The neck and waist are beautifully appointed with hand-woven bands of crystals and leaves. There is an attached solid Brass D-ring and a removable Diva Dangle. The lining is Red Silk taffeta. The Waist and Neck Closures are Red Velcro. Each piece is made when ordered.
