This festive dress is made of Ruby Red Silk Panne velvet and is adorned along the center back and waist with Czech Pressed Glass Leaves and crystals from Swarovski®. The closures are of Velcro; there is an attached solid Brass D-ring and a removable Diva Dangle. The lining is of Red taffeta Plaid.
